About the Event

We are pleased to host the third annual “CHEP+” Conference for updated C-CHANGE Clinical Practice Guidelines. This interactiveand practical program is designed for family physicians, specialists, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists and other primary care practitioners with an interest in cardiovascular disease prevention and management.
