Privacy Commitment

CHEP PLUS is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals and ensuring that all activities involving the collection and use of personal information comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws (e.g., PIPEDA and, where applicable, provincial health/privacy legislation). CHEP PLUS provides education and program evaluation services; it does not conduct research studies under this notice.

What we collect

Personal information may include your name, email address, and responses to education‑related surveys or evaluations conducted by CHEPPLUS.

Why we collect it (education only)

We collect this information to administer educational offerings, evaluate and improve CHEPPLUS education, and report anonymized/aggregated outcomes to stakeholders. We do not use this information for research purposes under this notice.

How we use and protect your information

Personal information is accessed only by authorized CHEP PLUS personnel for the purposes above, stored securely, and retained for up to five (5) years, after which it is securely deleted in accordance with CHEP PLUS policies.

Financial information

CHEP PLUS does not collect or store financial information. Payments made through the Learning Store application are processed by third‑party service providers and are not accessed by CHEP PLUS.

Your choices and rights (Canada)

Participation in CHEP PLUS surveys and educational evaluations is voluntary. By submitting a response, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this statement. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and you may request access to or deletion/correction of your personal information, subject to legal or operational limitations.
